Solvent dye pvc is one of the important steps in the processing and manufacturing of plastic products. For many plastic processing parts, solvent dye pvc also represents a special customized design, and some customers are relatively strict in color division.

1. Toner coloring method
The method of coloring plastic particles directly with toner (pigment or dye) and an appropriate amount of powdery additives is also called dry coloring. The utility model has the advantages of good dispersion, low cost and small batch operation. However, because the toner is generally not pretreated, when it is mixed with the resin, it can not be guaranteed to fully combine the molecules of the pigment powder with the colored pigment molecules only by such a distance from the feed port, screw and discharge port of the extruder and such a short plasticizing mixing time.
2. Paste coloring method
Color paste is a semi-finished product made of pigment or pigment and filler dispersed in paint. In order to make pigments better dispersed in paint, a small amount of surfactant and zinc naphthenate are often added in the manufacturing process. Because there is no professional technology and process, the pigment particles are relatively coarse, the coloring power is not high, and it is easy to fade and pulverize.
3. Liquid colorant method
Liquid colorant is formed by dispersing colorant in organic liquid with high concentration. This colorant has good dispersibility and is convenient to use, but it is not convenient for transportation and storage. Precipitation or stratification may occur after long-term standing.
4. Masterbatch coloring method
The so-called Color Masterbatch means that the pigment (or dye) is mixed into the carrier under the action of additives by using a certain process and corresponding equipment, and the molecules of pigment powder and carrier resin are fully combined through heating, plasticizing, stirring and shearing, and then made into particles of similar size to resin particles. When in use, only a small proportion (1% ~ 4%) needs to be added to the resin to be colored to achieve the purpose of coloring resin.
