Melt blown cloth application Electret masterbatch is a special functional masterbatch used with electret equipment. It uses polypropylene as the base material and is an essential functional material for the manufacture of special melt blown cloth for masks. Its magic is that adding a small amount of electret masterbatch can increase the density and depth of the charge trapping energy trap in the melt-blown non-woven fabric, effectively release negative ions and store charges, and improve the integration of the melt-blown non-woven fabric. The purpose of filtration efficiency and thermal decay resistance performance. Under the condition of the same fiber fineness and gram weight, it can reduce the resistance of melt blown cloth products and improve the filtering efficiency of melt blown cloth products.
