The black (high, medium, low, linear low density) polyethylene sheath material produced by our company is processed with excellent polyethylene, carbon black masterbatch, processing aids, and antioxidants. The product has good processing technology and extrusion performance. The surface of the extruded cable is smooth and bright, which solves the defect of surface melt fracture/sharkskin during processing of linear polyethylene. The material is at a relatively high level in the industry in terms of technical indicators and processing performance, and the product meets the requirements of the GB/T15065-2009 standard.
Our company has 16 extrusion production line, automatic material proportioning kneading equipment, annual production capacity of more than 40000 tons.
